Do I need a designer file?
No. A screenshot, a JPG on a white background or a photo of your printed box is enough. We clean the image up for you, and our team prepares the production artwork before we print.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model, the colour and the printing method. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we confirm the exact MOQ for that model in the quotation.
Will the finished product match the preview exactly?
The preview is a guide. Engraving colour depends on the coating and material, printed colour depends on the printing and the surface. We always confirm with a real sample before bulk production.
Can you match a Pantone colour or my packaging?
Yes. Logo colour, body colour, lid, finish and retail-ready packaging are all part of OEM/ODM. Send the artwork and the target colour and we match it.
